Back in the Artwork Archives
I don’t know about you but I find creating artwork is very spontaneous at times and then I have seasons where it’s really hard going. That’s when I need to dig into the archives of old art and remind myself that I can do it.
In those times I find it really helpful to go back and take a look at work I have done and get inspiration to do something new and fresh.
So I thought I would share some favorite pieces that I completed a few years ago. I constructed all of these in Photoshop from many layers and textures. I love to take old images and deconstruct them to then reconstruct them into something completely new.
So here are just a few pieces of artwork, but it feels nice to take them out, dust them off and have another look. I want to keep growing my skills and abilities, stretching to create something a little better. Sometimes its nice to look back at where you have come from and then strive to go further.
All of these artworks are available on my Red Bubble site which is an awesome place to sell art and a great online community for any artist to become involved in. You can check out my site HERE
